I have questions about the festival, but not about buying tickets

Feel free to email us at: info@interstellarmeltdown.com

    VIP Tickets

    What do VIP tickets include?

VIP tickets are all inclusive and come with: one catered dinner per day, deeply discounted beverage service, early arrival privileges, bathroom and shower facilities, exclusive upfront viewing at the main stages, VIP pavilion and lounge, super friendly VIP staff to assist you with settling into the festival and free camping in the shaded VIP campground. You do not need to purchase any additional camping passes with VIP unless you plan to bring along an RV. Please visit our tickets page  for more information on VIP tickets.

Do VIP tickets increase in price like Full Event Passes?

Yes. Get your VIP tickets early as they tend to sell out months in advance.

I have VIP tickets but my friend(s) do not. Can they camp with me in VIP? Can they visit my campground?

No. The VIP campground is a “gated community” in order to protect the many perks of the VIP Program: shaded camping, meals, beverage service, bathroom facilities, and VIP lounge. Only VIP Pass holders can enter the VIP campground. VIP Pass holders are more than welcome to camp with their friends in primitive, non-VIP camping.

I have VIP tickets; do I need to purchase any Camping or RV Unreserved Passes?

Next to car camping is included with the VIP event pass. However, you must purchase an RV VIP if you plan to bring along a camper.

    • ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES for ANY REASON.  All acts, times and locations are subject to change without notice. Your safety is our #1 concern.
    • PrintPass name changes are not allowed.  If you absolutely need to issue your tickets to someone else, then the entire order must be placed under Will Call and only one (1) Will Call name change is allowed.

    • You exchange your ticket for a wristband; wristbands are VOID if removed, exchanged, transferred, tampered or altered in any way (including cutting off the excess fabric).  Counterfeited tickets and/or wristbands will be confiscated, and the persons holding, using, wearing or selling counterfeit ticket(s) and/or wristband(s) will be ejected from the festival and are subject to prosecution under local, state and federal laws.
    • Use caution when enjoying the many activities at the festival; participation in any activities are at your sole discretion.  Interstellar Meltdown cannot be held liable for any injuries or property damage that result from your participation in these activities.
    • All persons determined by Interstellar Meltdown to be acting in an illegal, offensive or disorderly fashion will be ejected from the festival without refund.  All persons and vehicles are subject to a security search for illegal or prohibited contraband.  If you are removed from the festival for any reason, you will not be allowed back into the festival even with the purchase of a new ticket.
    • The same people who operate all of Pipeline Ticketing are the same people who run the Box Office during the festival.  Any and all last minute ticket issues need to be addressed at the Box Office directly. “Last minute” includes trying to contact us, and “ticket issues” includes anything related to tickets, purchased tickets, and attempted ticket purchases to Interstellar Meltdown.  While we have every intention to answer the phones and email account during the festival, it is NOT guaranteed as we are busy running the Interstellar Meltdown Box Office and Toll Lanes. All ticket sales are final!  There are no refunds for “I tried to get a hold of you, but no one answered.”  Come see us at the Box Office, we’re there to help you!
